We quantify arrivals, nights and net occupancy for May and June 2025, then set them against last year to show where demand is heading. ADR is not published by BHAS, so we flag that gap and keep the focus on verifiable occupancy and volume.

What the numbers say
Volume
May and June 2025 each cleared 200 thousand arrivals and roughly 400 thousand nights, showing a steady shoulder into peak summer. Month on month, June nights rose by 2.3 percent versus May. Year on year, June arrivals and nights were lower by 2.5 percent and 2.7 percent respectively. bhas.gov.ba
Occupancy
Net room occupancy ran 37.7 percent in May 2025 and 38.5 percent in June 2025. Both trails the same months of 2024 by about one to two points, consistent with capacity growth noted by BHAS. bhas.gov.ba+1
Mix
Foreign guests accounted for about 68 to 71 percent of nights in May and June 2025. June’s top foreign source markets by nights included Turkey, Serbia and Saudi Arabia. bhas.gov.ba+1
